• If you had to compare our team to a dish, what would it be and why?

  A Haidilao hot pot. Everyone brings their own unique “ingredient” (skills, quirks, and expertise). The broth (our teamwork) gets richer the longer we work together. Sometimes it gets a little spicy, sometimes mellow, but always nourishing. And the best part—nothing works unless all the ingredients share the same pot.

• After a year at Silentium, how would you describe our company culture? Is it different from when you were just an outsource?

  I really like the culture and working environment at Silentium, which always emphasizes values and development more every day. Compared to before, I am "owner" of my work, and when there are no restrictions, that is when I can "try" and develop myself more.

• What’s your top tip for newcomers on fitting in quickly here?

  If you feel shy every time you want to ask or share something, just think about the core values of the company.
