  • What type of feedback you’re looking for

  • What others should and should NOT pay attention to

Give #1: I like… I wish… I wonder…

• “I like…” → starting point for what went well or what is good about it.

• “I wish…” → starting point for what could be done differently or improved.

• “I wonder…” → starting point for questions that are still unanswered… and suggestions.

  • "I wonder" could also be called "What if…"
