Why is feedback important?
It helps to identify areas that need improvement, highlights what is working well, and fosters open communication.
Receive: Asking for feedback
- Make sure to give proper context 
- Keep it focused 
- Specifically state… - What type of feedback you’re looking for 
- What others - shouldand- should NOTpay attention to
 
Give #1: I like… I wish… I wonder…
- “I like…” → starting point for what went well or what is good about it. 
- “I wish…” → starting point for what could be done differently or improved. 
- “I wonder…” → starting point for questions that are still unanswered… and suggestions. - "I wonder" could also be called "What if…"
